The next session is about power. Peer researchers discuss what works and what doesn't in terms of balancing power dynamics in creating social change. There can be power imbalances between young people and adults. Often, young people don't feel they can be in a room with adults and be respected and valued. Through peer research projects, giving young people the opportunity to speak and be listened to, they can feel heard and acknowledged. "Nothing for us without us."
